Level Up Insulation was contracted by my pest control service, Saela, to mitigate a mice & rat infestation in my home's crawl space. Two technicians, Afren and Alberto, removed all the contaminated wall insulation and the ground moisture/radon barrier in the crawl space. They sanitized the crawl space, then installed new wall insulation and radon barrier over the ground. They bagged all the contaminated materials and disposed of it all without leaving a trace behind (they protected the basement living area and 1st floor hallways with plastic sheeting). Afren and Alberto were friendly and professional, and super hard-working. That job would've taken me a week, and they banged it out in half a day. The finished job looks amazing... clean, bright and fully sealed. I highly recommend Level Up Insulation, as well as Saela Pest Control.

Your home, handled
with real care
At Next Level Home Services, we treat every home we work in as if it were our own. That standard shapes every recommendation we make, every material we use, and every job we complete. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, you get our full attention and honest advice.
Our owner started this company with one clear goal: earn the trust of homeowners and property managers by doing the work right. Not rushed. Not cut short. Right. That mindset is built into how we train, how we communicate, and how we hold ourselves accountable on every project.
We specialize in attic and crawlspace work, including attic remediation, crawlspace remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, attic top-off insulation, pest control insulation, rodent proofing, and spray foam. These are the spaces most homeowners rarely see, but they have a direct impact on your home's air quality, energy bills, and structural health. We know these systems well, and we explain what we find in plain language.
Next Level Home Services is based in Commerce City, CO, and we serve homeowners across the Denver metro and surrounding communities. What you can count on
Honest Recommendations
We tell you what your attic or crawlspace actually needs, nothing more. You get a straight answer before any work begins.
Start-to-Finish Ownership
The same attention we put into day one carries through to final cleanup. No hand-offs, no dropped details.
Rodent and Pest Defense
We seal entry points and replace compromised insulation so pests cannot return through the same path. The fix addresses the source, not just the symptom.
Moisture Control Expertise
Crawlspace encapsulation and spray foam work together to cut moisture at the source. Drier spaces mean better air quality throughout your home.
Clean, Respectful Jobsites
We treat your property the way we would treat our own. Debris is removed and the work area is left tidy before we leave.
Local Area Knowledge
Colorado's climate puts specific pressure on attics and crawlspaces. We know the conditions homes in this region face and plan our work around them.
