Expert Entry Point Sealing in Denver, CO

Entry point sealing is a physical pest control method that blocks the gaps, cracks, and openings pests use to get inside your home. At Next Level Home Services, we inspect your home's full exterior before any work begins. We check foundations, utility line penetrations, garage door edges, soffit gaps, vent openings, and the spots where different building materials meet. These are the areas pests exploit most. Denver's temperature swings push rodents and insects toward warm structures each fall and winter. Older homes across Englewood, Littleton, and Cherry Hills can develop foundation shifts and deteriorating seals over time, creating new access points year after year. We treat every home as if it were our own, which means we give you honest findings and seal only what actually needs sealing. Once gaps are closed, pests have fewer ways in and you spend less time dealing with recurring problems. Call us to schedule an inspection for your Denver-area home.

Entry Point Sealing FAQ

Common questions about entry point sealing in Denver, CO.

We inspect the full exterior of your home, including the foundation, soffit gaps, vent openings, garage door edges, and anywhere utility lines enter the structure. These are the spots where pests most commonly find their way inside Denver homes.

Yes, entry point sealing focuses on closing exterior gaps and cracks across your home's shell to stop pests from getting inside in the first place. Rodent proofing and attic pest prevention are separate services with their own dedicated scopes.

Older homes in Littleton and across the Denver area often develop foundation shifts and worn seals that create new gaps over time. We inspect those specific vulnerabilities and seal what we find rather than applying a standard checklist.

Sealing entry points removes the access pests rely on, which is the most durable first step for Centennial homeowners. Depending on what we find during inspection, we can recommend whether additional pest control steps are needed.

Sealing gaps and cracks helps block mice, rats, spiders, ants, boxelder bugs, and other insects that enter through small openings in Parker and Castle Rock homes. The specific pests present in your area will guide which entry points we prioritize.

Call Next Level Home Services to schedule an exterior inspection of your Boulder or Longmont home. We will identify the gaps and openings present and walk you through exactly what we recommend sealing.

Level Up Insulation was contracted by my pest control service, Saela, to mitigate a mice & rat infestation in my home's crawl space. Two technicians, Afren and Alberto, removed all the contaminated wall insulation and the ground moisture/radon barrier in the crawl space. They sanitized the crawl space, then installed new wall insulation and radon barrier over the ground. They bagged all the contaminated materials and disposed of it all without leaving a trace behind (they protected the basement living area and 1st floor hallways with plastic sheeting). Afren and Alberto were friendly and professional, and super hard-working. That job would've taken me a week, and they banged it out in half a day. The finished job looks amazing... clean, bright and fully sealed. I highly recommend Level Up Insulation, as well as Saela Pest Control.

Level Up did a good job. Protected the floors through the house and furniture in the access points. Crew was friendly. The job progressed at a good pace. My house already seems less dusty and the air just a bit crisper. The owner/manager was easy to work with and responsive.

We had Level Up install blown in insulation in our Denver attic after our energy audit showed we were way under the recommended R-value. The team was in and out in half a day, and the difference was immediate. Our second floor used to be ten degrees warmer than the main level in summer — now it's even throughout. Great experience with the blown in insulation in our Denver attic.
