Expert Spray Foam Materials in Denver, CO

Spray foam materials are one of the most effective ways to seal and insulate a home in the Denver area. Denver sits at 5,280 feet, where intense UV exposure, wide daily temperature swings, and dry air put real pressure on a home's thermal envelope. Spray foam expands on contact, filling gaps and irregular cavities that other materials simply cannot reach. It creates an airtight barrier that blocks heat transfer, reduces air infiltration, and resists moisture. Homeowners in communities like Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, and Boulder rely on quality spray foam materials to keep their homes comfortable year-round. Both open-cell and closed-cell options are available, each suited to different parts of the home. Open-cell foam works well in interior cavities and offers strong sound dampening. Closed-cell foam delivers a higher R-value per inch and acts as a vapor retarder, making it a strong choice for exterior-facing assemblies. At Next Level Home Services, we give you honest guidance on which material fits your project so you get the right result the first time. Contact us to get started.

Spray Foam Materials FAQ

Common questions about spray foam materials in Denver, CO.

Open-cell foam has a soft, spongy structure with a lower R-value per inch, making it well-suited for interior wall cavities and sound dampening in Denver homes. Closed-cell foam is rigid, moisture-resistant, and delivers a higher R-value per inch, which is a better fit for exterior-facing assemblies.

Yes, spray foam is a strong fit for homes in Littleton and Centennial because it seals against the wide temperature swings and dry air that are common along the Denver Front Range. Its expanding nature fills gaps that other insulation materials leave behind.

Spray foam materials work in attics, crawlspaces, walls, rim joists, and other areas of the home. The right type, open-cell or closed-cell, depends on the specific location and the moisture conditions of that assembly.

Closed-cell spray foam acts as a vapor retarder on its own in many wall assemblies, which can reduce or eliminate the need for a separate vapor barrier. We recommend discussing your specific assembly with us so you get the right material combination for your home.

Homes in Boulder and Longmont face cold winters, strong winds, and significant elevation-related sun exposure, all of which stress a home's insulation layer. Spray foam creates a seamless air barrier that holds up under those conditions better than many other insulation types.

The right choice depends on where you are insulating, your moisture conditions, and the R-value your assembly requires. Next Level Home Services provides honest recommendations based on your specific project, not a one-size-fits-all answer.

Level Up Insulation was contracted by my pest control service, Saela, to mitigate a mice & rat infestation in my home's crawl space. Two technicians, Afren and Alberto, removed all the contaminated wall insulation and the ground moisture/radon barrier in the crawl space. They sanitized the crawl space, then installed new wall insulation and radon barrier over the ground. They bagged all the contaminated materials and disposed of it all without leaving a trace behind (they protected the basement living area and 1st floor hallways with plastic sheeting). Afren and Alberto were friendly and professional, and super hard-working. That job would've taken me a week, and they banged it out in half a day. The finished job looks amazing... clean, bright and fully sealed. I highly recommend Level Up Insulation, as well as Saela Pest Control.

Level Up did a good job. Protected the floors through the house and furniture in the access points. Crew was friendly. The job progressed at a good pace. My house already seems less dusty and the air just a bit crisper. The owner/manager was easy to work with and responsive.

We had Level Up install blown in insulation in our Denver attic after our energy audit showed we were way under the recommended R-value. The team was in and out in half a day, and the difference was immediate. Our second floor used to be ten degrees warmer than the main level in summer — now it's even throughout. Great experience with the blown in insulation in our Denver attic.
