Level Up Insulation was contracted by my pest control service, Saela, to mitigate a mice & rat infestation in my home's crawl space. Two technicians, Afren and Alberto, removed all the contaminated wall insulation and the ground moisture/radon barrier in the crawl space. They sanitized the crawl space, then installed new wall insulation and radon barrier over the ground. They bagged all the contaminated materials and disposed of it all without leaving a trace behind (they protected the basement living area and 1st floor hallways with plastic sheeting). Afren and Alberto were friendly and professional, and super hard-working. That job would've taken me a week, and they banged it out in half a day. The finished job looks amazing... clean, bright and fully sealed. I highly recommend Level Up Insulation, as well as Saela Pest Control.

Expert Attic Pest Prevention in Denver, CO
Your attic is one of the most common entry points for pests in Denver-area homes. Mice, squirrels, raccoons, bats, and wasps all target attic spaces for shelter, nesting, and warmth. Colorado's seasonal swings push these pests indoors, and once they settle in, they can damage insulation, chew wiring, and leave behind waste that creates health risks. Attic pest prevention focuses on stopping that activity before it starts. We inspect your attic for signs of pest pressure, identify how pests are getting in, and address the conditions that make your attic attractive to them. Homes across Denver, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, and the surrounding areas all face this pressure, especially properties near open space and tree canopy. At Next Level Home Services, we treat every home as if it were our own. That means honest findings, clear recommendations, and work done right. If you are hearing noises above your ceiling or want to get ahead of a problem, contact us to schedule an attic pest prevention visit.
